One Tone Is NOT Monotone

Your look won’t fall flat if you wear one hue (head to toe).  By including garments that have embellishments you can give your look oomph and break up the monotony of your outfit. Try wearing colors that aren’t the exact shade too if you are a little weary of  wearing one color. You can also add texture to your look by wearing different types of materials that will help you in avoiding dull style.

  1. Hi there! Loving your blog, my name is Katie Elliott I am the creator of Tag a (
The website works like this: each week I announce a new fashion trend, and people send in pictures of themselves wearing that trend to along with their name, age, town and a link to their blog.
These pictures then appear on our Facebook wall at and on the Tag a Trend site.
This week’s trend is ‘Swinging Sixties’ and as I can see you are loving the trend, I thought you might be interested in getting involved and sending in a pic of yourself in something 60’s style!
Your picture will be featured with a direct link back to your blog so is great for spreading the word about your site!
Look forward to hearing from you!
