Michael Kors is expected to raise a staggering $792.3 million in an US initial public offering. 41.7 million shares will be offered at $17-19 a share. Kors’ stake in the company will decrease from 12%-8% but don’t worry he will still be in creative control. His contract allows him to hold a place with the company until his death. Not a bad gig, huh?
