I’m taking a stroll after the Thanksgiving festivities. I ate so much cake and pie to last me through the next holiday. This morning I found it especially hard to wiggle into my favorite jeans. I’m cursing myself for eating that second piece of pie. Why am I so weak? Sometimes I feel like I have no self-control. I didn’t take home any leftovers (not even any pie) to help cut back on unnecessary calories.
